by Kate Schelter

I stumbled on this book while checking it in at the library and was instantly attracted to the watercolor illustrations, which are truly a delight. It turned out to be a fun read, as well.  In addition to defining her own sense of the term “classic” (which is not the same as “preppy”), Schelter shows us how to develop our own “classic” style, and how to save money and time using what we already have, plus adding a few timeless pieces.
