Do you often lay awake at night?  Possibly worrying, pointlessly and unproductively fretting? This may be the book for you!  It’s light enough to read when you’re not at your sharpest, short enough to finish in one sitting (or laying down), and sure to put your problems into perspective.  I didn’t finish the book then suddenly discover solutions to my problems, but I certainly felt much more optimistic about everything.  This is a book filled with advice I can actually follow – like If you want to change the world, find someone to help you paddle…measure a person by the size of their heart…get over being a sugar cookie and keep moving forward.
