This book is such an encouragement!  We all know we should exercise more for lots of reasons, and this book is full of relevant, scientific data.  But that alone is not enough to motivate most of us. So here’s the great news:  Any exercise is better than none!  And the first 20 minutes are the most valuable of all!!

So just get moving!
