Set in Post World War I in England, Lady Georgiana )or Georgie as she’s known by her royal relatives and friends) is number 34th in line to the throne of England. In a world where people of her social status can’t get a job, she find ingenuous ways to make a decent living. But when she finds a dead Frenchman in the tub at their family home and her brother gets blamed, Georgie must find who did it along with becoming an unofficial spy for her Royal Majesty.
I love this series because the narrative is very fluid and it has humorous moments. I highly enjoy that the book mixes historic settings. This is one of those series that would leave you wanting to read the next book right away.
